“What up! Well my name is Anthony Sheehan. First of all I would like to say thank you to my sister, TARA SHEEHAN, for always being there for me through all the good and hard times, I love ya SIS!

I was born and raised in Indio, CA. but also grew up in La Quinta, CA.

I love Hip Hop and R&B. I started writing music when I was about 10. I was influenced to write music from Camilo and Corn. They are a big help for where I am right now.

I moved to L.A. when I was 16, and lost contact with mostly everyone. Except for a couple of people and a special friend, LILY... That I still keep in contact with 'till this day. 11 years down the road, I feel blessed to still have her in my life.

I moved back to the Valley in 2002 and graduated high school. After that I started going down a path that was nothing but trouble. I faded away from music, my friends, and my family. After my brother MICHAEL SHEEHAN passed away I was lost, for about 4 years. Drinking, smoking and throwing my life away for drugs and alcohol.

One of my BEST FRIENDS "MICRO" had me move up to Santa Barbara to live with him, to get away from all the bad things I was getting into. (I will always appreciate all the things you did for me, thank you.)

On Oct. 11th, 2004 I made a decision that I was going to change my life. I have not drank or used since that day. I started making some music with a friend but it wasn't getting me anywhere, I had all kinds of things to say from all the Sh%^$ I've been through inside of me, just waiting to explode out of my pen. So I started writing. I hadn't recorded any music around then, but I was writing a lot.

Around June Of 2006 I started talking to an old friend again, ADRIAN GARZA A.K.A. "ADRENALINE" He was known around the valley for his music and production that he was accomplishing and I was drawn to it. One of my best friends Maher told Adrian and his brother Alex, (Einztein) about my music writing and I immediately went to the studio and started recording. the first song we did was called, "MY BABY" it's one of our best!

I am extremely grateful for everything they did for me. I have had 11 songs recorded since then and I had a privilege participating on a couple of songs on Adrenalines new album THAT IS OUT! A BIG thank you to Adrian and his brother Alex and the whole E-LAB family for where they have brought me, I KNOW I would not be where I am at today, if it wasn't for them.... THANK YOU.

Since I've started in the music business I have worked with such artists and producers such as Brown Boy, Don Won, AG Adrenaline, Einztein, Fingazz, Streetlight and more.

I have opened up for artists such as, Baby Bash, Amanda Perez, Danity Kane, Ray J, Cherish, Roscoe Umali, Colby O' Donis, Glasses Malone, Two Pistols, B5, (Bad Boy Records) Mr. Capone, Brown Boy, Kid Frost, Natalie, Nino Brown, and many more.

Sometimes people that make it tend to forget where they came from, and the people that helped them get there. I try my hardest to remain humble and I almost took for granted the people that have helped me to get where I am today.

I apologize to the people that thought I had forgotten but I NEVER will. I just hope that they know that. No matter what happens in life, I will always remember and appreciate Adrian Garza, (AG Adrenaline) and his family, and Alex Garza, (Einztein) and Jerry Perales, (DJ SINNER) and the whole E-LAB family for all the love and support that they have proved to give to me in the past, and regardless of what happens from here on, just know that you all are appreciated."
